Did you try doing a factory reset on your box and do a new scan on your box with NO splitters on your incoming cable that includes your BB as well.

Firmware never changes unless you change it the only thing you are doing is deleting your channels nothing more

i would not bother doing anything with them as they are testing the system now for the intergration of their new N3 encryption which will soon render the boxes usless anyway so i would say that they are going to keep moving the channels around so tomorrow you could be in the same boat again with no channels

    guys,

this thread is for N3 and to add areas that are being switched, not about whos box is working or what chans are missing, if you have an issue with chans read existing or create a post on it,

If you are missing chans and read this thread you will see what is happening, you have a approx till Easter and the boxs will be redundant, some of the older boxs like the replay lite wont work now due to the changes made (thanks to Hi-Teck for the info)some more older boxs may go like this also, there is no fix for these boxs or updates, chans will be moving about and then you will see chans blanking out and wont come back, usually the prime chans like sports, movies, adult etc. Leeds / Harrogate / Yorkshire is a prime example of what happens,

nothing can fix the boxes it will either be a sub from your provider or get sky in.

There is no fix for the new encryption and not likely one to be had either.
