I think Middlesbrough and possibly Teesside has gone down today, every single channel is black, I can't complain though, three and a half years updating codes on an old clone box!

For those on teesside who lost channels on sv3 just delete all your channels then rescan, exit after scan complete then press menu then 1570 and turn emu on. Exit after doing this. Your channels should be back on for the time being.

Thanks for this. I lost some channels and couldn't get them back with rescans.

I read this and understand what's going on now.

Which customers will be receiving new cards?? Is it just those with V+ boxes, I've been a cable customer for about 12 years now and my box is one of the original Te***est digital ones, roughly 9 years old, is this still likely to work when the N3 switch over takes place, it has no card or anything like that.

did you even read the thread? there is a list on page 3 which shows which areas are N3 and where the cards are going and no your box wont work when it cuts over unless you got a card or a change of equipment,

I did read the whole thread. Aplogies for not understanding. No mention of anyone recieving new hardware from cable supplier, I guess I'm the only one still using a box without a card.

    Just out of interest....

I am trying to find Croydon area on the list
(well Sutton to be more precise)

Would we say this is under South london - to which I would then get a hammer to my Eurovoxes...

Or would we say Surrey (including Epsom etc) - To which I will say WooHoo

Anybody out there care to either make my day or put a shine on my hammer

you have no chance of firmware for any of the older boxes that are out there now.

Only boxes that will be supported now will be the Sv 6 and the Sv combo
they are not making any of the other boxes any longer no boxes been made No support

nope, no boxs at all, apart from the SV6 lan cable box, which is a different box to whats out, read the SV6 threads for more info on this, this is only out for Ireland at present, Cable boxs as they are now are finished.
