UK Users - Nagra 3 - Where we stand - Are you missing chans, A Rescan is all you can DO? and Updated with N3 areas in UK

thanks for your replys, is it possible to buy 2 boxes 1 for downstairs and 1 for upstairs, or will they break up or freeze means i will be useing 1 router for 2 boxes cheers

your missing the point of these boxs, you cable supplies the chans not the internet, all your getting is packet data via the router which is minimal, so break up will occur when bad cabling or weak signal is present, you can have a few boxs prividing your cables are properly done and your router has a port for each one

look at homplugs also (google them) if you dont have the internet in each room, saves cables all over the place

 

Just to let everybody know KRYPT A780 has gone down.

reboot your router and it should be fine

Some channels working some not. Have rescanned but still the same. sports 2+4 working + a few assorted channels thats it

Yep, exactly the same for me. Sky sports 2+4 working but lots missing.

does anyone know whats going on and when the channels will be back up. turned the box and router off for over half hour and turned it all back on still missing most channels. hope the run hasnt ended yet only had it for less than a week.

still nothing no movies got kids some sports bt still lots missing. any idea why its gone down? thought only starview had these problems?

 

routine maintainance just like any provider will be back soon be patient

Yeah thats why i'm holding off - after hearing about the trouble the SV6 has I kinda thought id wait to see how the Kva780 would fair and it seems none are immune to the ups and downs of the servers.

I've heard now that everyone is N3 they will be going after the servers and trying to stop CS so I'll give it till Jan 2011 to see what transpires.

 

All part of the fun boys and girls.

So long as the sports are on of a weekend thats enough for me. Although i will soon have my spider running as well so chances are 1 of the 2 will be on all the time.

Update. Movie stations all back now so its not a bug they are just upgrading their servers i suspect.

Fairplay to them. A small inconvenience now on an un-important night will save us all a headache in the long run.
