I have even set mine up wirelessly now so no cables between krypt and router

 

hi guys do you think its true that you can get caught with these new boxes, i got my ddigital duo working today after spending 3 days trying to get it working haha

 

thinking of doing that to my bedroom with another box. whats the picture like? my modem is right next to me box downstairs so its all wires and working perfect was wondering if theres any loss of quality being wireless?

 

Hi Mate

As your only connecting the LAN to the router wirelessly the picture quality is as good as normal

I have a direct feed to the krypt from the cable mains for the antenna and have setup a wireless connection to connect it to the LAN port

Anything coming over an internet line is visible if they really care

However it would take alot of stamps to send out all those letters.

Just a quick question for 1 of the top chaps on here.

My Eurovox lost the sports channels today now i know these wont be coming back but i generally use the bedroom tv for my football. Im after a new box and already have a krypt 780 downstairs but was wondering if you would recomend getting another 1 of these or try a spiderbox as i already have the dish setup on a pole in the garden.

Spiderbox is a ton and we all know krypt prices.

Im just wondering if its abit too much outlay on 1 box where as if i get the spider im spreading my bets so to speak.

If you know a bit about the sat set-up ect.. Then yes why not have the best of both worlds, But what way are you going to connect the Spiderbox/Dreambox through friends or from a pay server (you dont need to answer)lol

Also you should have no problem connecting another Krypt/Starview to your router either

Spiderbox ive heard are not that great of a box, But im only going by what others have said on the forum

If its just for football why not use the computer/laptop some good sites to watch from

Thanks for the reply.. I have a motorised dish setup in the garden which can pickup anythng from 42e to 30w

If you get the spiderbox you get 12 months gift (server access) anyway so theres no need to subscribe. I think i will be investing in a spiderbox to be honest. I have done abit more research and i can pickup a full tring package for 16e at £190 for 12 months and that includes every game of a saturday including all the 3pm kick offs,

Like i say thanks for the info and also ive tried the laptop and pc sites before but they just arent the same with all the buffering krap and so on. I love to watch le frogs claret and blue army in style on my tried and trusted 42" samsung plasma TV

skunka you wont get all the games on a weekend, i tried to get feeds for a few games for birmingham city but i failed to get them, i would love a motorised dish again

There are 2 packages mate that show almost every game of a saturday afternoon.

1 Is the ABU DHABI SPORTS package which is only available in HD and shown on BADR 26E

2 Is the TRING PLUS package which is shown on eutelsat w2 16e

I have smacked a nice scaff bar at the back of my garden and can now hang whatever dish i like there without any complaints from the neighbours and no worries of pulling the house down.
