I downloaded a software for my geophysical instrument from their website. This software helps me to store the data captured by the device. I was able to install the software successfully. But, I can't run the program.
My OS is Win 10 Home. CPU is Intel i3, and RAM 4GB. This is the software that I installed on my laptop. http://www.gemsys.ca/software/ . They have updated the software. I doubt if it is incompatible on Win 10.
I need your suggestions to make it work. Plese share your thoughts.

    Thanks!

Did you read the installation.PDF file that says the following??

How To Enable .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 in Windows 10 and 8.1 for GEMLink installation While using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10,GEMLink won’t install or run correctly because it requires previous versions of .NET Framework V2.0. Here’s how to enable support for those versions of .NET Framework.

    Stay away from electric fences!

I thought he told you to always do a R.T.F.M.D. 1st before doing something?

That was what he said verbally....
He also gave me a little red card to carry in my wallet that had: "If at first you don't succeed, try reading the instructions!" Printed on it.....
