Unexpected error

    Hello.

    I just upgraded Office 2013 to 2016 on a Windows 10.
    But when opening my Microsoft Excel documents, i get this message: Unexpected error

    I have try repair and uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same.
    Any help would be appreciated!

    did you do just an upgrade or did you uninstall previous version then install new version?

    Hi Gael087,

    I can help you with this issue.
    Open Excel, click on File > Options > In the field next to ‘Auto Recover file location’, make sure it points to a path with sufficient permissions.
    The default is: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel
    Click OK.
    You may try changing the default printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer and then check if the issue persists.
