Can anyone provide me with unlock code for Nokia 6230b, Cingular service (USA).

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

Sorry for delay, I was out of town, Error message that I get is
phone restricted.

I tried couple of times and get same message.
