Insert a NON accepted sim card. When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code, and enter the code in to the box on screen, and then input this code

excuse me etowah, when I,m trying with other sim card it says "Insert SIM card", when I,m trying to switch it on without SIM the message is the same. What do you suggest, what I have to do to unlock it?

The best thing for you is to take it to a local marketor independant mobile shop for a direct unlock, which will cost about £10

I think the sim card needs to be cleaned off on the gold part with a soft cotton cloth and remove all finger oils that aren't visible with the eye and also clean the prongs off where the sim will be contacting with the same dry cloth. If that doesn't work, do what etowah has suggested.

Thank you guys! I think etowah is right, I have been trying with several SIM cards, the phone keep saying "Insert SIM card" just doesnt want to recognize them except the SIM card which comes with the handset probably they are linked somehow with the handset(even keeping the same SIM in I tried the code provided from etowah, then the phone says "Phone restrictions off, but still doesnt recognise other SIMs").

So till now the phone recognize only the SIM card with which I purchased the handset, unfortunatelly I can not use it, even the handset, because the operator(Orange) deactivate the SIM.
