Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo." It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code #pw+114 804 231 260 110+7#
I tried this code and it says 'cannot undo restriction'. Then Phone restricted' appears. If I put the orange sim back in all is ok. I then put the non-sim back in and can enter the code again. Is there maybe another code?
“Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.
