Make/model phone: Nokia 1600 v5.03
IMEI #: 3522710112841
Country the phone is locked in: Portugal
Provider the phone is locked to: Optimus

Can you help me out with this?

Please recheck your IMEI number it will be 15 digits, type in *#06# or look underneath the battery.
