    i have used the 7th and the 6th code and doesnt work again. i want to ask shale136 does he have now problems with the unlocking ?
    And question to psxnut:
    what can i do now in this situation, when none of the codes work. Which cabel and software does i need to unlock my phones.

    best leave cable unlocking to the pro's, call at your local fone shop.

    hi there i was thinking of buying a nokia 2600 tracphone , unlocking it and using it as a backup phone , my network is cingular in the USA. is it a good phone and will it work? thanks in advance

    If you set your own security code, we wouldn't know what it is. If you didn't, the default would be 12345

    NOTE: If you keep entering the wrong code too many times, it will go into PUK mode and the provider will have to give you a code to unlock the Personal Unlock Key which would require account password and other account information.

    i set a code and it was alrite for past 10 days since yesterday im not able to open the keypad as whnever i put my security code which i changed from the default 12345 it says code error so if u can help me tell me how can i change the security code...

    I have no way of telling you how to change it because you already have and I don't have any clue what you changed it to. Study it hard to what you might have changed it to before entering the wrong one in too many times. Sorry I can't help you with this.

    "NOT ALLOWED" is what I get trying to unlock a 2600 with the codes provided by some calculators.
