thank you so very much. It didn't work the first time so I had to go to these steps to make it work: 1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted" 2. Press the UNDO option 3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code. 4. Enter the code given and then press (OK) After following these directions it is no longer restricted.This phone is so much easier for me to use.many thanks
