What sim card will allow you access to the phone menu? Does it say Cingular or is it one of the old AT&T sims?

Can't give a code for T-Mobile with that IMEI. It's for Cingular or AT&T

35620800 does not go for T-Mobile.

 

cuz da other sim card that i put in that askz me for the code iz tmobil simcard... so idk.... cuz im trying to change it from cingular. to tmobil...

 

It's going to require a direct unlock before it will work. The first code given is correct but apparently it don't wanna work.
