IMEI: 354814010619639 Firmware Version: (?) Make/Model: Nokia 6103 Country : United States network : T-mobile I dont know the firmware version cause when I typed *#0000# it says "Unable to process request". I never unlocked a phone before but I know I need a code. What do I do?
Under your battery should be the IMEI number - and to the side of it will be the model number and Type - something like Type RM-77 and Model 6101b I believe the guru's need all that info. to give you the unlock code info.
Actually let me start again cause I had the wrong model number. I dont know the firmware version if thats ok(?). IMEI: 354814010619639 Firmware Version: (?) Make/Model: Nokia 6103b RM162 Country : United States network : T-mobile ic:661u-rm162
When they do give you the numbers - be sure to interpret the last + 7# as meaning ** 7 then carefully check the data entered - then press # I took it as ... 'and enter a 7' - and messed up my first attempt at unlocking
cindya, did u mean this: ENTER CODE WITH OUT SPACES Remove sim first, press # Press * 3 times fast for (p) Press * 4 times fast for (w) Press * 2 times fast for (+) ?
Yes - the only (small) piece I missed is that there is a second + that is entered near the end of the number string you get followed by a 7 (after you press 7 - this is where you are to check the number string to be sure it is right) and then you press the final # to submit it to the phone I missed entering that + as I thought it was just a 'and enter a 7' symbol rather than 'press ** then press 7' I said D'OH when I realised my mistake.
Ty McCrash, before I enter the code I just want be sure of something. If the last +7# at the end is * * 7 #, is #pw+ really # *** **** ** then the numbers then **7#? Thanks!
#pw+307 746 426 572 424+7# 1.# 2.p 3.w 4.+ then 307746426572424 then + then 7 last # Code: Power The Phone On Enter codes WITHOUT spaces. Press # From The Screen Press * 3 times fast for (p) Press * 4 times fast for (w) Press * 2 times fast for (+) Verify code before pressing the last # If you see"Code error", don't try again!!!
