unlock nokia 6103b

    trying to unlock my son's cellphone.

    model: nokia 6103b
    imei: 352269/01/872643/5
    usa
    t-mobile

    i'v used 2 codes from a nokia calculator i'v had for a while and it didn't work.

    codes i used:
    #pw+194 354 024 235 050+1#
    #pw+749 270 477 774 771+7#

    any help would be greatly appreciated.
