Upgrade advisor app?

    Does anyone know wheere I could find Windows Upgrade application (Windows phone)? Appx file is the one I am trying to find.

    It is no longer in store or any other common places

    I don't know much about it but you might want to run this-

    It implies that the upgrade will be made if the app finds that your phone is eligible.

    Why do you want the upgrade?

    Hi, thanks but..

    "Important Notice: Now Due To Unspecified Limitations, You Can Not Use The Offline AppX File To Install It Any More."

    So still no luck finding that AppX
