i have had my Xbox modded for nearly 2 years now, and my dashboard and software are becoming very outdated... i am very keen to upgrade my dashboard with something new. but i am scared it is goin to format my harddrive and i will loose all my save games... will installing a new dashboard do this to my xbox??????
im using evolution x version: 1..8.3285. i just want to put a newer version of evolution x on there...
the dash should be in the c drive named evoXdash.xbe correct well just take the new one and replace the old one.
if your worried about loosing all your save games files, download a copy of "Xbox Save Game Manager" and copy em' all to your pc whilst you upgrade your dash. Afterwards just copy em' back.
