    Yes

Okay ,You should have a 4 Pin Y Adapter. Seen here : http://www.coolcases.com/cart/fan_adapt_4_pin_y.jpg Both HDs should already have power as you boot the computer! ,All you want to do is Swap the IDE cable. Again "NEVER" Plug in the power cable to a Hard drive while computer is already ON " -most likely you'll fry it or blow out the mobo-" , anyhow it's not good :)

Swap the IDE cable soon as the computer turns on. What you need is for the Hard drive to get power. Just hit the power button on your computer then hit the [Pause] key on your keyboard , Swap IDE cable then hit the [Spacebar] key to countinue booting .

what is the purpose of doing this swap trick ???

to not let the bios detect the drive i want to lock ???

if thats the reason then i must boot till my bios detects my pc hdd THEN swap ide

dude you will not mess up your computer ive done it three times and it hasnt messed up once. what you do is with the computer turned off unplug the new modded hdd power cord (the one you want to lock, no other hdd should be connected), turn the computer on let it boot the disc to the first options screen, here dont press anyhting plug in the hdd and select the boot linux then follow from step 5 if you read the post on a few pages back youll see that other people have done this as well with no problems

OK , Here goes. I do not recommend plugging a 4 pin cable into a Hard drive while the computer's power Is on. Your Choice , Have Fun.

    Question:

How do I get the extra space accessable on the Hard Drive? I have a 160GB Hard Drive but my G Drive is blank with no space on it. So because of this I am losing about 22GB of space. Can someone explain to me how to fix this? I would be very greatful. Thanks.

No, actually all I had to do was go into Unleash X Dashboard and format the G Drive. Now it works fine.

dude it doesnt work cuz pittfan does not know what he is talking about. if you dont believe me look earlier in the post and a few other people suggested the exact same thing im suggesting. thats how i figured out how to get mine working. just try it the worst that can happen is your computer shuts off (ive done that once cuz i went to plug it in backwards) most power boxes have safety features to prevent anything happening to your computer, and pittfan your smart comments got you nowhere sorry. here it is again.

not smart comments footbal. I'm just stating the truth . He frys his puter , You told him to do it . I'm not trying to be little you just saying thats is'nt a good idea , If it was SATA you can plug in the power to them with the computer on but with ATA drives it's risky .
