I was wondering if anyone had any info on how to upgrade the processor or the memmory in xbox. I know there are some sites that sell the dream system that has both but they want $500 for it.
Im not 100% sure but I believe the Dream-X is the only way to go. I sure it has been done though, but Im sure there has to be some serious modding to be done to get it working. btw, $500! Im sure there are cheaper deals out there
yeah I was just ballparking the figure... Im really just trying to find a way that doesnt involve buying another xbox since I have 2 already. Thankx though.
search on ebay or at local flea markets for dead motherboards....then get ready for alot of surface mounted soldering. I have a couple dead mobo's,but they're called for...sorry dood.
