Uploading seem on a v180

I've downloaded a seem that has been altered, but i don't know how to get it from my pc to my phone. How would i go about doing this.

 

did you d/l a seem from the internet that has been altered? or you altered it yourself?

do you have p2kman? thats what you need to download seems from your phone and upload them onto you phone.

Read the stickied posts, they help alot.
sometimes you have to read them a few times to get the jist.
