Why is the quality so bad on my tv even with my s-video cable???? (when connecting my pc to my tv).......is it the video card on my pc or can tvs just not have a high resolution???
If you just mean the text looks bad, that is normal since picture tubs TVs aren't meant to display static text. Try playing a movie on the TV. You should get a clear picture. Using a TV as anything but a Video player through S-Video is pretty much out due to the poor text quality. To get really good quality, you will need a digital TV with DVI, which is way out of most ppl's price range.
