    hi gang

as we all no dvd+discs can hold many hours of data as apposed to cdr
type which can hold only 80 minates.can you use dvd+ type discs as
a replacement to regular cdrs and use dvd+ discs to play back and
enjoy as you would a regular cdr type discs?or are dvd+ type cds only
    for data??thanks.

Most of your questions could be answered by merely looking up the terms dvd-r dvd+r and cd in the glossary here at AfterDawn.

However, depending on the content of your CD it restricts what you can do with it on a DVD RE expecting the same results with CD/DVD.

What are you trying to achieve specifically? What kind of data?

the DVD will hold more data than the CD BUT the DVD will not playback on a CD player ,however the CD will playvback on a DVD player
