I just bought a 100 spindle Verbatim DVD-R from Sam's Club. They won't work on my Iomega DVD USB 2.0 External Drive. Up till now I have been using CD-R, CD-RW and DVD+R DL and they all work fine for the past three years. Do I need DVD+R's ?

Check Iomega's website. What model is it?

It's an Iomega Super DVD Writer 16X16 Duel-Format USB 2.0 External Drive.

I can't find anything on Omega's web page.
