v180 problems

    I bought a Motorola v180 and downloaded the appropriate software to put ringtones and wallpapers on it.

    When i open mobile PhoneTools it detects my phone but it just sits at initializing and does not do anything else, I can't get it to go past initializing at all.

    anyone know what may be the problem?

    Are you receiving a good signal on your phone? Sometimes on my V220 if I only have one bar, phone tools will not initialize my phone.
