v220 help needed

    My phone connects to my comp fine through com4 but when a program try's to connect to it (i tried using PST and P2K Tools) my comp says its not available then i turn my phone off and on and same thing happens again...

    i run winxp pro
    i'm trying to transfer games

    edit: the screen where it says its not available is the one through the control panel about phones and modems

    ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS CALL THE MOTO NUMBER-IT MIGHT BE B/C YOU HAVE A PHONE FROM AT&T-MINE IS FROM CINGULAR-I WILL CALL AGAIN AND GIVE AN UPDATE TO THIS FILE
