Hey I think I can help. If you have the usb cable and are planning to use that, (assuming it's all hooked up and working) you can use these sites. For ringtones, I just use this http://www.musicrobot.com/ to search for midis. For games I use http://soneric.ru/games/ for java games for my v220. Enjoy
