V3 and phonetools

Can anyone help... I did the "right thing" today and bought phonetools for my v3. However, unlike the picture on the bvrp site, the software does not show an image of my phone, rather a generic looking one that reads "phone image not available". Can anyone help with this minor aesthetics issue?

Yeah, i have the same problem with my V3 Razr. I can do everything to it, it just won't show the image of the phone whenever i hook it up. just wonderin if and how you can fix this annoying issue. i have the new version 3.25b of phone tools also. thanks
