I just recived my new V3. And im using PST, trying to get the java app loader enabled, but when I try to read data from the phone It just says that It cant restart, or something like that. I know for a fact its plugged in. Because MPT works with it. I do have it set to Auto detect. I have read one of the forums on how to do this, and I have done it before. But for some reason I must be missing something.

Is there anything im missing here. I have tried it 30 times or more. Now im getting phone is not turned on. I tried to hook up my original V3 and i get the same thing. But I already have JAL on the phone, and its getting sent back. I have read many forums and nothing seems to work. I have tried to update my v3 usb driver, not sure if i did it right. Is there a way I can ask Motorola, or cingular? To help me out?

There is a post I believe on the second page of the forum about Java app loader problems or maybe it says midway problems...I'm assuming you want to load games and that post is a method for doing this without midway and java app loader
