I am not seeing the problem, but one I do see is Go to your device manager, select your IDE (secondary)channel with the drive. Right click on properties, select Advance settings. Transfer mode should be DMA if available. If it will not stay on DMA, you may need to uninstall your drive, reboot and the drive will re-install.
