ok usually when I make a vcd the file is to big to fit onto one cd so you have to split the movie into two parts and then from there the program TMPGEnc produces the video or whatever(im not sure what this is called). well what if i have a .mpg that will fit onto one cd. What do I do from there, do I have to do something else or can I just burn the .mpg from there?
