I did everything the guide on this site told me to do, now its time to author & burn and I'm lost... I used this thread: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/vcd_to_dvd-r.cfm labeled "VCD to DVD" if you could point me in a direction from here I would appreciate it. Objective: I have an original 1.5gig MPEG-1 file, trying to get it to DVD so I can pop it in and watch it, thanks.
Some burning programs (e.g. Nero, DVDSanta) can convert and burn mpegs at the same time. At Nero StartSmart, choose 'dvd', then click 'make your own dvd video', 'add video files', then follow the lead.
