Update Nero to 7.1.01.0 http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?2893 Post the whole log. P.S. If you are not using Verbatim DL discs you are wasting the money. Also Imgburn is a better for DL disc than Nero.

As I said the media is a problem. http://www.videohelp.com/dvdmedia?dvdmediadvdridsearch=RICOHJPND01 Where did you get the Q609 firmware? You should edit the serial numbers at the top of the log.
thanks for your the media is on a imac. i got it to work useing a philips disk with the imgburn sotfware as i have a triple boot sysstem. and i think if you install wine on a mac win progs most of them work, xstation1
