VGA to DVI-D conversion question????

    Can you convert a vga signal into a dvi-d signal with just an adapter???
    Such as vga male to dvi-d female converter to one end of dvi-d cable then connecting other end into dvi-d monitor. thank you for your help.

    no he doesnt need that, the link u gave is a DVI-VGA converter NOT VGA-DVI
