I have an ATI All-in-wonder on my computer. The tv part is routed through a VHS deck. Therefore I can watch VHS tapes on the computer. Can I somehow copy them to DVD? I do have a DVD recorder.

There are programs in the software area of this website that have the ability to transfer VHS images to hard drive then copy up to DVD.

You will need a capturing program to rip the VHS as MPEG2 to your hard drive. I hear Ulead has a nice trial version of their capturing software. Once that is done, then you can author it as a DVD and add menus and everything.
