Hello. I have some VHS Id like to make into dvd. I have the kw pci 810 tv tuner card http://www.computingreview.com/cat/components/graphics-cards/kworld/PRD_225910_5317crx.aspx

I have everything working. Im recording a VHS to DVD on my other pc as I type this message. The playback is good, sound is in key. Heres the problem. About 5 mins into the movie I checked the output file size and its at 600mb. If this continues for 1 hour and a half the movie size will be 10.5 gb. Is this right? Then could I use dvd shrink to fit it on a standard dvd disc?

Well I managed to get the movie to fit on the disc with decent quality but I ran into a new problem. I have no sound whatsoever. Now the mpeg file it outputted works flawlessly with sound and everything. I used Nero to put it on a disc and I get no sound. Only picture. Any ideas?
