video card advice

    can someone tell me the best video card i can get for $80-$85?

    Around that price range, you will probably end up getting a low end Geforce. Probably a GeForce 5 or 4 series. If you want a VERY good video card, you should be willing to spend about $150-$200. At that price range you can get an ATI x1600, ATI x1650, ATI x800, GeForce 7200, ect, (Basically video card that have DirectX 9) If you feel lucky, you can try ebay and might be able to pull one of those for that price. :)

    agree with TeamDX
    But if you are serious about gaming then save up for at least a 7600GT and if you only have AGP and not PCI-E then your only going to get a mid range card anyway.
