video editor with reverse rendering

    can someone please tell me of some video editors that can render a video clip or movie in backwards motion ?

    are there any free ones or ones under 50meg in size ?

    I want software that will render a movie from the END to the START of the movie?

    I know the large capacities do it. But are there any small ones under 50meg ? I dont mind paying for it.
