I'm trying to convert AVI video to MPEG so i could burn it to VCD. The AVI videos are clear, but after i converted it to MPEG using TmpGenc, the image not clear. How do I fix this?

VCD's are low resolution and low bitrate (also CBR), to me they never looked that clear. To fix it, leave it as an avi, convert to DVD video instead, etc. But basically quality and VCD don't go together.
