I use windows media player 9 to watch avis. I just reformatted my hard drive and installed all the codecs as described on this page: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/48608 But when I tried to play an avi on WMP 9 the video only appeared in the bottom left side of the screen. I tried 50%, 100 and 200% resolution and full screen. It only shows in one quarter of the screen. Can someone offer a solution please? Any help is much appreciated.
Problem solved! BUT now the image in the videos is very very dark. Its a flat screen and you really have to watch the video at a steep angle to get a clear image. Any help on that pls?
