video transfer from pc to n95 8g

    how do i transfer a video file to the 8 gig. i have various files on my laptop but when i use nokia pc suite and copy an paste the file ino the e:my videos folder on the fone it will not show up even tho it says its in the folder on the pc suite!!! any ideas
