Do a search on google for macrovision. You can get a video stabilizer. dvd red pro for example,there are others though
Search google Okie I think its' macrovision. It's a chip in vcr. I've seen some vcr's for sale that have it removed and some hardware you put inline between vcr and capture device. Good Luck Spacedust..
