Viewsat 2000 key down again???

you know what, it comes with CD to install the usb driver but it did not want to install, , i just bought the usb cable with CD 2 days ago..... so any way i thought when i plug the usb to computer it will instaal itself.
so please tell what to do bro

I need help. I was given a view sat 2000. I've used this in the past for PPV and have had no problems. I hooked it up today and now it keeps saying auto roll processing????? it's been like this for over an hour and still nothing. No picture, just nothing. Can anyone help????

YOu need to get the latest bin, install it and let the auto roll do it's thing. Could take up to 20 minutes.

 

Sorry for the delay, You need to install the drivers and then try it again. If you are using a stb with a usb port in front, just cop the file to a memory stick and then install it that way. Much easier.

 

I did download the driver but it is not working, i think the problem with the loader it self, coz when i open it com port open failed, then i click ok another messeg pop up say " cant start timer-com port not opend. then i click ok again, the loader program open.


so if you have any idea what is going on, i have windows vista.

 

Sorry I haven't got a clue what to do now. Could you try it on a computer with out vista?

i downloaded lastest BIN and still nothing...auto roll processing still comes up and still no picutre....set up for Bell and Dishnet and nothing is working still....could the unit itself be no good? how would i get that fixed?

 

Where can i download the software drivers so that my pc can recognize the receiver?
