Virgin media , digital box, starview box help

Hi, I use to have a starview box before they went down and then after a month I was missing it I could not get a new one because I don't have the Internet or a telephone line so I got a virgin box, what I am trying to say is their no other way I can have a starview box or any other box without the telephone line or internet.
