VIRTUA TENNIS 3 (questions!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Hi I have this tennis game for PC, called VT3 (virtua tennis 3) and I need help from those who actually know this game for PC.

1) Whenever I change the control scheme, and press apply, it saves them for the game, but whenever I quit and then enter the game again, it doesn't remember my controls and resets them, even with autosave on and even if I press Load Option. It's strange cuz it saves my career status and all that.

2) In control menu, it only shows 1 controller for 1 player, say if I wanna play this game with a friend, how to I enable 2 player mode? I am pretty sure I don't plug in controller and the game will recognize it......help? And how does 2P game works? I mean I can understand doubles, but say if it's you VS your buddy, then how is the screen arranged?

I REALLY wanna know the answers, any help would be appreciated. Thanks you..!
