virtualdub 1.5.4 GMC/Quarter pixel option problem

    i've just downloaded and used this program but the GMC/quarter pixel option, unlike what's said in the afterdawn guide, are permanently turned off so I can't check the boxes.

    Also, does firstpass and secondpass process take shorter with either a faster graphics card or cpu?
