Hi Guys, I want to follow this guide: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/divx_to_dvdr_with_dvd2svcd_normal.cfm I've got VirtualDub and I want to join to avi files together. The problem is after adding the first file and sliding the bar to the end and then press append (for the second avi file) I get an error: "The two audio streams do not share a common sampling rate" Is there a way of changing the second file audio sample rate to match the first or am I screwed? Any help on the this would be most appreciated. Thanks.
Drop them both in a dvd authoring program such as NERO Vision or Adobe Premier. You should be able to A) Upsample the lower to the higher and make 1 mpg out of them or B) downsample the higher to the lower and make 1 mpg out of them.

gobakes, instead of doing that, use this easier and quicker method. Use the join avi with virtual dub method as given in a guide by afterdawn. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/virtualdub_join_avi.cfm But use this modded virtual dub http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=Virtualdub_MP3_Freeze Enjoy!
