VirtualDub / Mod Crash problems?

    Yeah, every time I try to save it as .avi. I get this message.

    .. I was wondering if anyone out there could help me? I'm trying to add hardsubs on an avi video I DL yesterday. I seen the other guides and DL most of the programs but I keep getting an error.
    I was wondering if there is a way to fix this VirtualDub problem?

    Save the file using the settings that are used when it fails - but don't use the Subs - does it still fail?
