Hey Well a VIRUS and SPYWARE are two differnt things... To Remove VIRUS's, try running an online virus scan http://housecall.trendmicro.com or http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan (both free) If you want to remove Adware, or spyware: Go to http://www.download.com and in the search box type: Adaware and download Ad-Aware SE Personal then type Spybot and download Spybot Search and Destroy. Once you have installed them, go into the program and update them, then scan your comptuer. CJC
Talking of virus's,can someone tell me if I'm missing the point here.If it's a virus that cant be healed,(ie.a Trojan) and it puts the file in the Q store.Does that mean the computer wont run properly without all it's files
It means that the Virus has infected the file, and the file cant be recovered, so its basically put aside by itself in a 'sealed folder'. What is the name of the infected file ? Most trojans dont infect system files, so u should be safe to delete the file. CJC
