I have coverted old VHS tapes to DVD via a Panasonic recorder and burned DVD's from the process. The DVD's work fine in any DVD player. I would like to load the file on the DVD's into Vista Movie Maker for editing and then reburn the finished project. The files in the VMM folder are VOB files. I get the video on the program, but no audio. Can't edit what I can't hear. I am dumfounded and now I might as well be deaf. Any clue would be helpful.

Try editing the movies with SHRINK'S RE-Author.

I've tried to find other programs and haven't had any luck. Thanks for the tip. I've read a little bit about Shrink and will give it a go.
