I have Vista Premium and a 320GB samsung HDD. I have 2 partitions on the drive, an 83GB partition with OS and files e.t.c on it. i also have a 196GB partiton with nothing on it.

The 83GB partition has a gig or two free, so what i want to do is move the 83GB partition onto the 196GB partition, ideally i would like to have one Partition of 279GB with the operating system and my files on it. Can either of these to be performed on vista premium? and if so how?

if you just want to resize your partitions you can do that easily with partition magic
